WARRIOR POSE
warrior poseStand with right leg forward, toes pointing straight ahead. Left foot about 36 inches back, with foot flat and toes pointing to the diagonal. Bend front knee over anlke and keep back leg straight. Spine should be perpendicular to floor, Right arm extended forward and left arm extended behind. Shoulders down, abs pulled up and in. Think "long, strong torso." Hold for 6 - 10 slow deep breaths. (Exhale completely on each.)

Switch legs and repeat on other side.
