REVERSE CRUNCH
Strengthen and tone lower abs with this easy-to-do, no equipment necessary exercise: Lie on your back with hands on floor beside hips and legs in the air. Knees slightly bent. Using lower abdominal muscles, lift tailbone and hips slightly off floor. Lower the hips gently, with control. Repeat 10 - 15 times, for 1 - 3 sets.
