Small-sized, boutique-style classes, taught in a friendly, relaxed environment
All classes 55 minutes.
Fees: $15 per class, Monthly unlimited pass $90,
Monthly-once per week pass $50
- Fitness Yoga: Fundamental Yoga poses and asanas, along with breathing exercises. Good for general fitness, strength, flexibility balance and stress reduction.
Monday and Friday 9:30 am
- Yoga for Athletes: Flowing (vinyasa) yoga movements to improve flexibility, balance and strength. Targets hamstrings, hips, shoulders and core muscles.
Tuesday 6 am, Wednesday 6 pm
- Strength and Conditioning: (a/k/a Boot Camp) Use weights, balls, bands, and body weight to improve muscular strength and endurance.
Monday 6 pm, Tuesday 9:30 am, Thursday 6 am
- Pilates Core Training: Pilates-style mat exercises to target abs, back, legs and glutes for toning and strength.
Thursday and Saturday 9:30 am, Tuesday 6 pm
- Seniors Yoga: Gentle yoga poses, breathing and balancing exercises geared toward the beginner or mature participant
Monday and Friday 10:30 am
- Kids Yoga: Bending, stretching and balancing exercises designed especially for kids age 5 – 12
