STRETCHES: Glutes, Hamstrings, Shoulders, Calves
STRENGTHENS: Shoulders, upper back, abdominals and lower back.
From hands and knees, press palms into floor, contract abs, and lift tailbone toward the sky. Rlax head and neck. Keep body weight even between arms and legs, Keep spine stright, not rounded. Bend knees if needed. Let gravity pull heels toward floor.
