Boat Pose
Strengthen and tone the abs and core with this easy-to-do, no equipment necessary yoga pose.
Sit tall on back of sit bones, holding back of thighs. Lift feet off floor, balancing on sit bones. Continue to hold your balance as you straighten out legs as far as possible. Then release hands from back of thighs, extending them alongside the body, hands beside the knees. Breathe slowly and evenly as you hold the pose 20 - 60 seconds. Rest, and repeat 2 -3 times.
